Mellonial makes it easy to keep track of all the job opportunities you've applied for. This section will guide you through how to view, understand, and manage your applications, ensuring you're always in the loop about your job search progress.
Accessing Your Applications
To see all the jobs you've applied for, you'll need to navigate to your dedicated applications section.
- Once you're logged into Mellonial, look for the main navigation menu, usually on the side or top of the screen.
- Click on the "My Applications" or "Applications" option. This will take you to a dashboard showing a summary of all your submitted job applications.

Understanding Your Application Dashboard
Your application dashboard provides a quick overview of each job you've applied to. You'll typically see:
- Job Title: The name of the position you applied for.
- Company Name: The company offering the job.
- Application Date: When you submitted your application.
- Current Status: The latest update on your application.

Application Statuses
The "Current Status" is a key piece of information that tells you where your application stands. While statuses can vary slightly between companies, here are some common ones you might encounter:
- Applied: Your application has been successfully submitted and received.
- Under Review: The company is currently reviewing your application alongside others.
- Interview: You've been selected for an interview! The company might contact you directly to schedule it.
- Declined: Your application was not selected to move forward at this time.
- Withdrawn: You have chosen to remove your application from consideration.
- Hired: Congratulations! You've been offered and accepted the position.
Tip: It's a good idea to check your application statuses regularly. While companies might also send email updates, Mellonial's dashboard is always up-to-date.
Viewing Application Details
If you want to see more information about a specific application, including what you submitted, you can easily do so:
- From your "My Applications" dashboard, locate the application you wish to view.
- Click on the job title or a "View Details" button associated with that application.

This will open a detailed page where you can review:
- The original job description.
- The date you applied.
- Your submitted resume and cover letter (if applicable).
- Any additional information you provided during the application process.

Withdrawing an Application
Sometimes, you might need to withdraw an application, perhaps if you've accepted another offer or changed your mind. Mellonial makes this process straightforward:
- Navigate to the detailed view of the application you wish to withdraw (as described in "Viewing Application Details" above).
- Look for a "Withdraw Application" button, usually prominent on the page.
- Click the "Withdraw Application" button.
- You will likely be asked to confirm your decision. Confirm to complete the withdrawal.

Warning: Once an application is withdrawn, it cannot be undone. Make sure you are certain before confirming the withdrawal. The company will be notified that you've withdrawn your application.
