Using the In-App Contact Form

    • From anywhere in Mellonial, look for the main navigation menu. This is usually located at the top or side of your screen.
    • Click on the Contact Us link or button.

    • You'll see a simple form asking for some details.
    • Your Name: Enter your full name so we know who we're speaking with.
    • Your Email Address: Please provide the email address associated with your Mellonial account. This is how we'll get back to you!
    • Subject: Briefly describe the reason for your message (e.g., "Issue with Job Application," "Question about Company Profile," "General Inquiry").
    • Your Message: This is where you explain your question or issue in detail.

    Tip: The more details you provide, the faster we can help you! If you're reporting an issue, try to include:

    • What you were trying to do.
    • What happened instead (e.g., an error message, unexpected behavior).
    • Any steps you took before the issue occurred.
    • If it relates to a specific job or company, please mention its name or ID.
  3. Submit Your Message:

    • Once you've filled in all the details, click the Submit or Send Message button.
